I mind my own business. I don't stick my nose in other people's affairs unless it impacts me directly.
I try my best to avoid giving my opinion unless I'm asked, or I feel I can positively impact a situation in some way.
I'm I selectively discuss politics and religion. I respect others point of view even If I don't agree with it. I am sensitive to people's emotions and spaces.
I’m so happy you are taking the time to do something important for yourself! The ‘amazingness’ in the Reach Your Fullest Potential Guide was the most influential step in helping me determine where I was and where I wanted to be, even though I’m still growing. This lesson helped me deal with all the details in between. I also think this is an opportunity for us to understand our level of potential in stages and compare them with where we are in life.
So, for obvious reasons, I’m starting the launch of my Entrepreneur’s Club and Women Made Well Magazine with this gem. I know that this workbook will be an inspiration for you. While reading through, please keep in mind that where your focus is, that's where your energy will flow. I look forward to exploring so much more life enhancing experiences and my journey with you, through the Brown Skin Women Network. So, let’s get started!
What prevents most people from reaching their full potential
The stages that we all go through in our lives
Why most people decide to remain average
Take some time right now to think about where you are and where your would like to be then prepare to determine the best way to get there. :)
I wish you so much success for the year ahead, it’s going to be wonderful!

My resounding answer is yes! Yoga focuses on three main components, the spiritual, the mental and the physical. These have been said to be life changing. With the stresses black women face daily, high rates of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure, it is my hope that more black women will be open to trying all forms of fitness. These will in turn help them to lead healthier lives. A great place to start is by trying yoga (our intro to Zumba class is FREE). Join us for two therapeutic yoga classes this month! RSVP today as space is limited!
